Company Profile
D & S Land Surveying Inc., was established in 1997. The company is fully licensed and insured. Celebrating our 10th year, the company now consists of a registered land surveyor, party chiefs, three field crews, along with our cad/technical and office personnel.
OUR PRESIDENT & FOUNDER: David W. Shirley has been doing land surveying for over 23 years, starting in 1983. He became a Registered Land Surveyor in 1995. Building on his past experience, David surveyed on his own for a few years. In 1997, due to the growing needs of the community, he founded D & S Land Surveying, Inc.
OUR SERVICES: Our surveying services include Boundaries, topographic, conservation, cell tower, foundation, as-builts, house layout, commercial and residential site plans, and all aspects of new construction and development staking.
